1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Syed’s Group operates under a strict no-refund policy. This alignment follows the industry standards set by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance).

Once a service is provisioned, the costs incurred with international providers are non-recoverable; therefore, we cannot offer mirrors or credits for cancelled services.

2. No Service Adjustments or Transfers

To maintain accounting integrity and service stability:

• Non-Transferable Credits: Paid amounts cannot be moved, shifted, or adjusted from one service to another.

• No Swapping: You cannot “trade in” an active service (e.g., Web Hosting) to cover the cost of a different service (e.g., VPS or Domain Registration).

• Dedicated Allocation: Every payment is tied strictly to the specific service SKU purchased at the time of checkout.

• Unauthorized Software: Use of nulled scripts, cracked plugins, or replica applications.
