Terms And Conditions


We retain the prerogative to suspend or terminate a client’s access to specific or all of our services if we ascertain that their account has been misused. We also hold the right to deny service or server access to anyone. It’s important to note that we have stringent content guidelines in place, and certain materials and practices are prohibited on our platforms.

We firmly disallow the hosting of content or links that promote any religious or political entities. Additionally, a range of content falls under the category of prohibited material. This includes:

Unlawful Material: This encompasses copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, and music files that infringe upon federal, state, or local regulations.

Malware / Virus / Spamming: If we detect malware, viruses, or instances of spamming on any account, we will take the necessary action, which may involve termination of the account. Unfortunately, no refund will be available, and backups of the affected website will not be provided.

Adult Material: Any content that contains explicit pornography, erotic images, or offensive and obscene material falls under this category. The definition of “adult material” is at the sole discretion of Syed’s Group.

Warez: This pertains to the hosting of pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking tools, and password cracking mechanisms. It also encompasses activities like IP spoofing and encryption of any of the aforementioned content. Sites that provide “links to” or “how to” information about such materials are also considered prohibited.

SPAM: Our stance against unsolicited bulk email (UBE) and unsolicited commercial email (UCE) is unwavering. We view spam as any form of unwanted and unsolicited email, and this policy is designed to protect both our customers and the wider internet community from the detrimental effects of spam-related activities. We consider spam as any form of unsolicited email with any intent, including:

  • Sending commercial solicitations from fictitious sender email addresses.
  • Mail-bombing, which involves sending an excessive number of messages to the same recipient.
  • Subscribing someone to a mailing list without their explicit consent.
  • Replicating identical content across multiple newsgroups.
  • Utilizing another network to send spam that relates to us or any of our hosted sites, including your own site.

Should a user be found in violation of our stringent no-spam policy, their service account will be terminated without exception, and no refunds will be provided.

Furthermore, it’s important to understand that the concept of “capitals” encompasses both bandwidth usage and CPU performance. These resources are shared among all users on our platforms, and we strive to maintain optimal performance for all clients.

In conclusion, our guidelines and policies aim to ensure a safe, ethical, and optimal environment for both our clients and the wider internet community. We enforce these measures to uphold industry standards and to promote responsible usage of our services..

Syed’s Group reserves the right to enforce the following policy at its sole discretion:

When a website utilizes resources beyond Syed’s Group’s capacity, it may result in immediate site suspension. This measure is only enacted under exceptional circumstances to prevent server misuse.

Requests for termination must be submitted through the web form, phone, or email, and confirmation will be provided prior to service account termination.

Excessive Resource Usage

We offer websites that utilize an unusually high volume of server resources, such as CPU time, memory, and network bandwidth, the choice to either upgrade their service tier or lower their resource consumption to an acceptable level.


In the event that we are unable to fulfill your requirements, you have the option to inform us, and we will cease billing your account. Please note that no refunds are provided for any service type. Syed’s Group holds the authority to suspend or terminate all other active domains or services if any outstanding dues or unpaid invoices are present. Additionally, we retain the right to issue nonpayment notices on accounts as necessary.

Termination After Expiry

Accounts will be suspended two days after the expiry date and subsequently terminated or removed from the server/network two days after the due date or expiry date. No file backups will be reinstated once the account has been terminated or removed.

A late fee of Rs: 3500/- will be imposed after the due date but before the removal or termination of the account. For website hosting (cPanel/Direct Admin Backups), we retain backups for an additional three days after suspension and charge Rs: 10000 for restoration. After five days, the account will be permanently removed, and restoration will not be possible.


Customers unanimously agree to protect, assure, save, and absolve Syed’s Group from all responsibilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees, directed towards Syed’s Group, its agents, customers, officers, and employees. These may arise from any provided, executed, or agreed-upon services or products sold by the customer, its agents, employees, or assignees. The customer further commits to defend, indemnify, and absolve Syed’s Group against liabilities arising from:

(1) Any harm to individuals or property due to products sold or otherwise distributed in conjunction with Syed’s Group’s server.

(2) Any content provided by the customer that infringes or is alleged to infringe on a third party’s proprietary rights.

(3) Cases of copyright infringement and faulty products sold to buyers via our server.


Syed’s Group is authorized to suspend any account displaying excessive space or bandwidth usage. In the event of a recurring violation after notification, account holders are required to upgrade to a higher package. If no action is taken within 24 hours of notification, the account may face termination.


We shall not be held accountable for any damages your business might incur. Our services come with no expressed or implied guarantees. We disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes losses stemming from data loss due to delays, non-delivery, misdelivery, or service interruptions caused by Syed’s Group and its staff. Our policies are subject to change at our discretion.

Please note: For more secure email storage, we recommend downloading emails in Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, or Thunderbird instead of relying solely on webmail. Webmail serves as a temporary platform, and data may be lost from the server in case of issues. We do not assume responsibility for email backup. Email settings and configuration details for Outlook and Thunderbird can be found under cPanel. Please note that we do not offer email settings or support for other applications or web portals. Website backups are the client’s responsibility, as we do not create backups for any account. Users have the capability to generate their own backups.

We retain the authority to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice or explanation.

Our support team is available from 10 AM to 06 PM (Monday to Saturday) for website hosting assistance. Customers encountering website hosting issues can reach out via email or WhatsApp ( +92-321-2828468), and we’ll respond during our operational hours. Support for all other services is available only from 10 AM to 06 PM. Queries related to other services will be addressed on the following day, prioritized on a case-by-case basis.

Some Other Policies For Hosting Services

Services may face immediate termination due to the following violations, and no refunds will be provided if:

  • Any P-O-R-N site links, marketing, or N-U-D-E pictures are found on the website.
  • Any form of S-E-X service offers is present on the website.
  • S-E-X enhancement medicines are offered.
  • S-E-X toys or gadgets are sold or purchased through the website.
  • S-E-X-related medical courses are provided.
  • Any content that violates laws regarding blasphemy is present.
  • Religious debates that breach guidelines are hosted.
  • Political debates that breach guidelines are hosted.
  • Material promoting racism or ethnic hatred is found on the website.

Our Policy Guidelines For Hosting

Immediate termination of the account will occur under the following circumstances:

  1. Usage of Nulled Scripts and Replica Applications: Deploying nulled scripts or replica applications on your website is strictly prohibited. Such practices compromise the integrity of our services and breach our terms.

  2. Unsolicited Emails: Sending unsolicited emails, notifications, newsletters, or promotional emails is not allowed. This policy ensures responsible email communication and avoids spam-related issues.

  3. Replica Products: Offering or using replica products on your website is against our guidelines. Genuine and original content contributes to a reliable online environment.

  4. Adult Images: Hosting adult images on your website is prohibited. We maintain a family-friendly and respectful online atmosphere for all users.

  5. Server Resource Abuse: Excessive use of server resources impacts the performance of our services for other users. Responsible resource management is essential to maintain optimal service for all clients.

  6. Multiple Databases: Hosting multiple databases within a single account can strain server resources. If necessary, consider upgrading your account to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

  7. Hosting Multiple Websites or Subdomains: Attempting to host multiple websites or subdomains under a single account can lead to resource overuse and performance issues. Each website or subdomain should ideally have its own hosting environment.

Our aim is to provide a secure, reliable, and efficient hosting service for all users. Adhering to these policies ensures fair usage of resources and contributes to a positive online ecosystem. Some Other Policies For Email Marketing & Email Servers

We strictly enforce the following guidelines:

  1. Domain-Based Email Address Usage: It is prohibited to use domain-based email addresses in email marketing content or the reply back field. This ensures proper email practices and prevents misuse.

  2. IP Blacklisting: We hold no responsibility if the domain or hosting server IP is blacklisted on any Real-time Blackhole List (RBL). Proper email management and compliance with anti-spam policies are essential to maintain a clean reputation.

  3. Response Guarantees: We do not provide response guarantees for email marketing campaigns in Pakistan and UAE. Similarly, response guarantees are not provided for CV distribution campaigns in these regions.

  4. Mass Mail Server and SMTP Servers: We do not offer guarantees for data loss prevention. It’s important to store your database and email lists on your own PC. Sending emails through PHP, ASP applications, or web-based applications is prohibited. Desktop-based email software, such as Microsoft Outlook, is recommended for sending emails.

  5. Subscriber List Authenticity: Always use valid and authentic subscriber lists when utilizing SMTP/Mass Mail/Bulk Email servers. We will terminate services if your IP address is listed on any RBL blacklist.

  6. Email Delivery to Major Providers: We cannot guarantee email delivery to free email services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or others. Similarly, we do not guarantee email delivery to personal or business email addresses or that emails will bypass spam filters.

  7. Suspension and Termination: We retain the authority to suspend or terminate servers or services without prior notification. This ensures compliance with our terms and policies.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • We do not provide training on sending emails or offer email lists, verification services, or software.
  • Our services are not responsible for emails being marked as spam or landing in spam folders.
